Stewkley Singers

We are delighted to announce that our Spring concert next year will be a performance of:

Verdi’s Requiem

on Saturday 18th May 2024 at All Saints Church, Leighton Buzzard.

This is a big choral masterpiece with orchestra and four fabulous soloists.

The first performance of Verdi’s Requiem took place on 22nd May 1874 so ours will happen only four days before its official 150th anniversary.

WE NEED NEW SINGERS!
If you would like to join us for Verdi’s Requiem (and our programme of Christmas music for our concerts in December), come and join us!
We need new singers, especially experienced Sopranos, Tenors and Basses.
We rehearse on Thursday evenings in Stewkley and can promise you a warm welcome.
Some singing experience/music reading is required. No auditions!
